No! This word speaks for itself. If you need a little bit more you could add,
I'm not going to be able to do that but thank you for asking!
I've decide to_____________and I'm not going to change my mind.
Be clear, be assertive and know your own boundaries.
Seriously?
I once spent a weekend with and assertiveness trainer who's job was to collect large sums of money from people who owed it to her boss. She finds that when people talk, she can often make them think about what they're saying by using this one simple word. Seriously?
