Did you ever notice that certain people have the ability make other people in the room feel great about themselves? And that those people are often sought out by others and spoken highly of? How would you like to be the amazing one everyone wants to interact with?
Most people think it's a confident attitude that invokes social respect and to some extent, it is, but 2 skills that matter even more the brilliant confidence are
The ability to ask the right questions and
The focus and social empathy to listen closely to their answers
Everybody needs to feel that they matter. Everybody needs to be heard. When a person asks the right question and then really listens, people want to be around them.
Please use the questions we created for a family dinner game as written or as a conversation starter at any time you want to learn more about somebody in order to get a little bit closer.
