Baby Brain Essentials For Lifelong Learning

Updated: 2 days ago

At Early Childhood Rocks, we want to bridge the gap between what we know academically about early childhood brain development and the experiences babies and toddlers have on a daily basis.

And we want to support you in providing those experiences.

  • We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to changing the world through early childhood care and education.

  • We have compiled a toolkit highlighting four essential brain-building experiences that every baby needs, but some may not receive.

  • It's a 10-minute read. It's for parents, teachers, grandparents, nannies, caregivers, and anyone who actually cares. Is that you?

If so, you're in the right place. We know how important you are to the world.

We tend to pay lip service to brain development and its importance to society, but when it comes to providing the necessary experiences, who puts in the work? And what compensation and place in society do we offer them?

That's why we put together this presentation, and why we're sharing it online for free right now. We need to get it into the hands of the people who actually do the work caring for and educating our children during the first few years of life.
