Now that it's spring, it doesn't seem colds and viruses are improving this year. Maybe we lost a bit of immunity in the last few years because of COVID and it will eventually return. Here are some ideas for an immunity boost.

Now for the challenging child. Almost everyone knows at least one of them and I've known many in my 40+ years of teaching our youngest. The 2 steps in this article, when I follow them faithfully, work every time for me and I'm confident they will for you too.
